Peloton compatible cages for exercise bike
Hi I just wanted to say that I got a peloton bike and Ineeded cages for bike to avoid buying the clip on shoes. The official peloton ones were out of stock for a while so I ordered these instead. Cheaper and fit and work absolutely fine. I know that they are not the official brand but they work - So for anyone who has a peloton - I would recommendThank you

Do the job but will break
Great little product exactly what i needed for my work commuter.However i found that the screws at the front fastening the plastic to the peddle do stretch after a while and as a result whilst trying to power away from traffic lights one day the plastic broke and i ended up A over T landing on the ground.These would be great for infrequent use but if you use them heavily every day then maybe look into something a bit more robust.

Excellent Value & Quality
For the money these are excellent. Replaced the standard pedals on our Peleton bike so we could use standard training shoes across our family. Easy to fit and look robust. Highly recommend.

Nice pedals
Nice pedals but the clips are not so good. The top of the clip extends backwards a bit (size 7 shoe) and they are very flexible. Once underway I found I placed my foot on top of the clip whilst trying to flip the pedal round in order to slide my shoe into the clip. But the clip, having been stood on and driven down, was now not open enough to push my shoe in. I have replaced the resin clip with a short metal clip and that worked very well.The bearings in the pedal are very smooth - no jerk. No left or right marking on the pedals so, without the clips in place, reduced to tracing the screw threads round with a thumbnail to sort out left or right-hand.

Budget pedals
Ok as budget pedals, so far no problem, used to wearing clips as didn't get along with the spd types and although slightly flimsy the toe clips do the job!

Bad bearings
Straight out the box - 1 pedal ok and turning freely, the 2nd turned ok for 3/4 revolution and then high resistance. Returned immediately for credit. Won't be buying cheap Chinese rubbish again. Going to buy from local cycle shop. Might cost me more but I know I will get good product.
