Customer service was above and beyond, and the mirror itself is the focal point of the hall. Absolutely beautiful and looks very expensive

This came really well packaged , it looked great and was much more affordable than similar mirrors I’ve looked at , the weight is manageable but it did take two people to mount it on the wall , there are a few blemishes on the frame but for me that adds to the old style we where going for

Good but, nice & lovely to have this mirror in my bedroom. Size is slightly smaller than I expected but the meadurments are given which I did not check before ordering. Still happy to have it. Nice bevelled glass and the antique gold coloured frame also looks very expensive.

Absolutely love this. It looks so elegant and classy I’m my bedroom. The size is perfect and the quality is fantastic!! Looks at lot more expensive than it actually is. Fab purchase!!

Unfortunately the frame of the mirror is chipped

Mirror is ok but not quite what was suitable for myself.Wanted to return the mirror so packed it back up and returned it to the nearest collect point only to be told it was too large to be dropped off. Contacted the company to be told I would have to arrange my on collection by evri or similar to be quoted £26.00 to return.This is 50% of the value of the item. So my negative feedback is based on the service provided by the company. After reading terms and conditions why offer a print label service and drop off if this is not possible. !!!
