Don’t know why product is promoted as 300 mg , is actually 196mg so very disappointing. Flat round shape not that easy to swallow. Only given 3 star because of price but am being generous

These tablets are quite large and not easy to swallow but they do work by preventing cramp. They also help improve nail strength
