I've been buying this for years and it's also a stocking stuffer for entire family. It's thick enough that it stays on your lips. It also has worked well for chapped noses on grandkids! It does turned to a liquid in an extremely hot car so make sure it's sitting upright if you leave it in car in hot summer. You won't find anything better.

I need this seller to contact me. I cannot file a complaint elsewhere on Amazon to get a refund but I paid about $25 for ONE POT even though my order said I would receive TWELVE POTS of Blister DCT. I need to hear back from customer service about my order in December 2023, please. This isn't right!!I would change my review to Five Stars if this is corrected because I use this product daily, the best healing lip balm on the market. Please do the right thing, seller.Update: It just happened a SECOND TIME. $50 for two pots of Blistex is an outrage. I demand customer service contact me.

I absolutely love this type of Blistex lip conditioner. There is nothing that matches it. They quit selling it in stores and I don't know why so when I found it on Amazon, I ordered the 12 pack right away. It took me three tries to get the 12 pack because they kept sending just one pack and the third time was a charm, I got all 12. I hope Blistex never discontinues this product.
