Most expensive tent I have ever owned but so far worth every penny!
Sturdy, warm, black out. Well vented. Love this thing. It is way heavy so don't plan on packing it far. I bought a little cart to drag it around. Sets up fast! Takedown is slower but not bad. Looking forward to lots of camping in this thing.

Well-made and meets expectations
This tent is high-quality workmanship and made of durable construction. We love the zip-in floor, and it really does only take about 90 seconds to assemble. This does not include staking it down, but that did not take long either. We bought the reflective tie down ropes which also have a ratchet assembly for ease of tying the tent down to the stakes. We also purchased the Obsidian Footprint tarp which is very strong and tough as well and fits under the tent perfectly. We can't think of anything we would change about this tent. Looking forward to our first camping trip in it!

Obsidian Heatshield Thermal Tent Is the best tent I ever have have so far!
We have many tents over the years of outdoor camping, but this is the Greatest and ours favorite tent. It is built very strong and durable. Plenty of walk room and well insulated. I run my air conditioner in the tent and it hold the temperature well. Will consider buying another one, but the company is not listing for sale at the moment.

Best quality tent I have ever seen.
Don’t have anything negative to say other than I did not expect this tent to be as large and heavy as it was in its bag and did not realize that although it may only take one person to easily set it up. It still takes at least two people to move it from one place to another and load it onto a vehicle, because of its size and weight. Traveling with it would require hauling it in the back of an extended cab truck or strapped on roof racks of a car that is equipped with them no smaller than a mini SUV.

Better in every way
Compared carefully to my shift pod. Reflection is made up for better ventilation and insulation. Heavier than the shift pod but who cares for car camping. Every other aspect is better, from quality of material to mold resistance, and 200$ cheaper. The obsidian has become my favorite of all time

Wow what a great tent
This tent is incredible! Lightning fast set up!I put a wood stove in it and just love it! I had very poor luck with there customer service but I figured out my questions I had! Wish they made a smaller version! This is a mil spec 4 season tent!

Its big and heavy tent but perfect for cold weathers and good as a shelter 5 stars for durable material.
