I’m new to using herbs and found Neal’s Yard Remedies Healing Herbs to be a good beginner’s guide. The book is easy to read, beautifully put together, and explains each herb in a way that’s clear and practical. I love that it gives simple ideas for teas, balms, and everyday uses without feeling overwhelming. Great starting point if you’re curious about bringing herbs into your daily routine!

If you want to know more around medical herbs this is the only book you really need. Pretty much all the herbs are in here. I like the way it's organised nice and clear. Advise on treatments how to make them. Beautifuly writen, clear and the only you need.

This is such a lovely book, it is on permanent display in our kitchen. The content is very informative and broken down into very easy to use sections/ chapters. A very useful go-to guide for dipping in and out.
