Excellent.
The media could not be loaded. I love this product. Because it tastes very, very similar to conventional sugar. It does not know sweeteners.

Xylitol - a wonderful addition to my low carb lifestyle!
The media could not be loaded. So you can easily read about how this is non GMO, not derived from corn (which is often GMO) & really good for you but how does it taste right? I've tried stevia (currently working on another brand of stevia because to me it's bitter), monkfruit (my fav), coconut sugar (amazing but raises my blood sugar too high & kicks me out of ketosis), honey (so delish but way too high in carbs/raises my blood sugar), agave (so tasty but is as bad as sugar in your bloodstream in that it raises your blood sugar), molasses (also delish but again too high in carbs/raises your blood sugar) & maple syrup (love love love but just no to carbs/raises blood sugar) & last but not least erythritol (good in that it does not raise your blood sugar, not so great (for me) in taste). There are other sugar substitutes out there but that will have to do for now.I made muffins with these yesterday (see pics) they were absolutely delicious! I used a 1/2 cup of xylitol and these zucchini/coconut/pecan muffins tasted like zucchini bread - not too sweet but definitely not like just regular bread. I made 12 and had 3 yesterday, I left some on the counter & my Mom ate 4 today!I think if you're looking to keep your carbs low, find out which sugar substitute is best/right for you - which one do you like the best? Yes, you may have to spend a few bucks (like me) to find the "right one" but personally? I have decided for now to stick with stevia, monkfruit and xylitol. I got a 1 lb of this xylitol for $15 on Amazon Prime & I've had it for 10 days & it's lasting (even when using it baking & a teaspoon a day in my tea).I would also suggest you research the benefits of each sugar substitute. Long gone are the days (I HOPE) where we just blatantly accepted what we were told by the food/drug industry. Google before you buy. I also watch a lot of youtube video's on products and read tons of reviews on Amazon here. That's partly why I do these reviews because I want to help/inform people but ultimately? It's YOUR decision. Happy substitute sugar hunting!

No one knows you’re using instead of refined white sugar
I use this Xylitol in place of refined sugar. It has no aftertaste as a matter of fact people don’t realize I’m not using sugar until I tell them. Very good product to use in beverages and baked goods, measures the same as sugar and in some cases I act use less.

Sugar Substitute
I have used this product in the past canning season as a replacement for sugar. Of course, it is not as sweet nor has the same flavor as real sugar. The price is on the high side which makes it a expensive sugar substitute.

Wonderful for oral health. No after taste. Crunchy
Worked wonders for my oral health! Not plaque inducing and tastes just like sugar.Having suffered weak enamel and gum recession for many many years, I learned about the wonders of xylitol and it's ability to starve S.Mutans (plaque causing bacteria) in the oral mucosa... AS WELL AS alter the oral flora in such a way that sustained use could offer years of reduced plaque down the road. (6 mos to 1 yr of regular use, 7g a day {or 1.5 tsp} can keep benefits for months to years).Quickly bought this (along with xylitol chewing gums) and have been using it as a rinse, using in conjunction with my toothpaste and coffee and making efforts to chew xylitol sweetened gum during the day. (Side note: plaque disclosing tablets was pivotal in locating areas where brushing/flossing was lacking. Highly recommend including these in your oral hygiene regimen!).It's only been about a week but I can already tell a difference!I can tell my teeth are producing less plaque after eating a normal meal and/or foods made with regular sugar, where I would have felt plaque buildup before. Disclosing tablets show VERY few areas of plaque buildup.Teeth are smoother noticeably! Working on reversing some of this gum recession but this is a great starting point to give my teeth the best settings for better oral health for the rest of my life.I know that some people believe birch to be superior to corn derived xylitol. However, I learned after studying several scientific research articles, there is no beneficial difference regarding health between them. In fact, corn derived is more sustainable and better for the planet. Birch trees must be cut down to manufacturer the xylitol sugars and require 10 years for another tree to grow large enough to become harvestable. Corn requires only about 3 months. I doubt most manufacturers are replacing the trees as quickly. I dont know if this one does or not.I enjoyed this product, but will be ordering from corn-derived xylitol in the future.Thank you for the quick delivery, solid packaging and shipment and for helping me set forth a new road with my mouth.
