I was very impressed with this bag. It has good long strap for cross body wearing which many bags don’t have. It is a really useful size and practical. Not too big or too small. Nice set of pockets inside including an important zipper for more security. Well made and good value for money. It looks totally fab with that vintage vibe and will only get better with time I am sure. I didn’t find any smell unpleasant and it was carefully packaged. I would definitely recommend this product. Everything is wonderful about this purse. It has dividers. It's not black inside! So you can find things. It smells like leather. It feels nice. It's well made, well stitched. It's way, way nicer than all those ugly leather purses in Winners that cost $125-$150. It holds way more than it looks like it will. I can put two large hard-sided glasses cases and a water bottle and all my other purse stuff in it. And it looks great!

I read the reviews that stated the leather smelled. I found this to be true of all leather products I’ve purchased that have been recently made - they have that new leather scent. Leather products that have been “sitting” and waiting to be sold, have had a chance to “air out”. Yes, my purse did smell of leather in the beginning, but since I’ve been carrying it frequently, it no longer smells. What I like about this purse: •It looks nice. The brown color highlights the details. •It’s durable - I don’t have to handle it with “kid gloves”. I stuff it in my file cabinet at work every morning to lock it up. •It’s well made - nothing has broken on it and I use it everyday. •The adjustable strap fits comfortably on my arthritic shoulder. Of course, with any purse, if too much is stuffed in it, it becomes too heavy and uncomfortable. •I live in the city and I wear it across my body and the buckles prevent thieves from being able to get into it when I’m standing in a long line. •It’s reasonably priced.
