Reading the description, I was afraid it would be too hard. Not true. This is the perfect firmness if you really want your lower back to feel a little ease at your desk. Keeps its form and helps me relieve lower back aches. The lavender is not strong, it's faint on your shirt after a warm day at the office, if you're paying attention. I use the band expansion on the smallest setting, so it will fit around the back of my mesh office chair. Also got an RX note from my Dr so I used my FSA money to buy this. I really love this lumbar pillow. I Highly Recommend and would order again.

This is a Company that really cares, and a founder that could empathize with those with Muscular Aches and Pains when being in one position too long working as some of us have no real choice. I Love It!!! I've been suffering from low back pain for months now and finally decided to get this. This product had a lot of good reviews so I purchased it. I did read that the little heat pack doesn't stay warm for so long but that the aroma does so I purchased Moxa Heat Packs (these little wonders stay hot for a very long time and all you do is shake them slightly and massage them gently until they heat up, which is less than a minutes time).

This is awesome! It is soooooo soft. I have terrible lower back pain and this really does the trick with my office chair. My 11 year old son loves it too. He wants to share it with me. We take turns using it. If you sit for long periods of time and your have back issues, give this a try. We also love the aroma therapy pocket too. You can add a warm pack to the pillow pocket and enjoy the soothing comfort of the heat in addition to the memory foam. This would make a great gift for someone as well.

Feels great.much smaller than expected so I didn't use for my primary purpose which would have been my office chair.but it's very useful in a secondary office chair. I don't find the aromatherapy packet useful. Very nicely shaped, just too small.

I don't use the aroma part but this thing is comfortable as hell. For a while it pushed me off my office chair but I just realized that it no longer does that. Hurray!

I wasn't certain whether this cushion would fit my needs or not. Turns out, it's absolutely perfect. I actually need it as an additional support in my recliner chair. I won't be without this now!

I bought this support pillow to use in my desk chair or in other chairs in the house. It is a very well made pillow, but it is so thick that it pushes me out of any chair that I have tried it in. It is so firm that that there is no give in it. I have not tried it in the car as my seats already have lumbar support. The scent packet has a very strong smell--I removed it immediately.
