When I was first diagnosed with Hashimoto's thyroiditis my hair was falling out like crazy and I spent many a night crying because my hair was already fine as it was. I have been using it now for at least 4 years and I can confidently say my hair is thicker and it is not falling out like it used to. I don't know if it helped keep my hair from falling out anymore or if my hair loss cycle had ended due to medication and natural timing but I can say for sure the shampoo helped with my hair thickness. I have never tried the hair mask and I'm looking forward to seeing what it's like. As with any products it probably won't work for everyone but I urge you to try it and try it for a year and see how you feel.
