The women in my family don’t wear much make up, but when we do, we usually want it to look like we’re NOT wearing make up. These colors are perfect. You can do the “no make up” make up look very easily, but you can also put the make up on a little more heavy if you want to look glammed up. This is the only palette I need when traveling.The other thing that’s so nice about it is that the shadows are matte. It’s hard to look natural with shimmers and glitters. I mean, I DO like shimmers and glitters once in a while, but most of the time I just want to look natural. With a little eye shadow primer, this stays all day for me.

Really the only shadows that don't make my eyes get itchy. No talc. Perfect shades for everyday wear, can darken for dressier times if needed. No crazy shades, Im 60 and these look finished and not like Im trying too hard. Lol.

MATT EYESHADOW IS HARD TO FIND!! LOVE THIS PALETTE..COLORS ARE BEAUTIFUL AND HIGH PIGMENT.STAYS ON ALL DAY...I USE FOR EYESHADOW AND WET A SMALL BRUSH WITH SETTING SPRAY AND USE THE DARKER COLORS FOR EYE LINER AS WELL.

I’m pretty basic with my eye makeup, but I’m also a makeup artist so I’m always looking for the perfect shades!This is the first palette in a LONG time that I’ve purchased a second one of the same.I’m 57, blonde and blue eyed, with fair skin. I use the highlight color all over as a base, then the two lighter beige/taupe colors in the crease. I use the darker brown lightly under the lower lashes as a smudge/liner.I finish off with a liquid brown liner with a slight flick upward and mascara. This gives a ‘no makeup’ makeup look and is very flattering! Even with mature skin, it isn’t too much shimmer, but just enough to brighten my eyes.If you love neutral colors, and are fair skinned, or even medium complexioned this is the perfect palette for you!
