Bottle was un opened but it had a really strong smell don't know if another bottle broke on it but other then that very satisfied with purchase

Good stuff, I take with or without water lol it will wake your taste buds I took roughly 10 to 20 drops a day for sibo for about a week helps for sure but got a bruise on my arm and sure enough oregano can cause bruising due to being like a blood thinner so I will lay off for three days and take as suggested lol. Just wanted to hit it hard at first not sure that is the best, but I'm happy and will purchase again also I use it in purified water spray bottle for house smells so good.

This product has been monumental on curing the eustachian tube blockage I've been struggling with. I highly recommend you try this.

Dilute in water, start with only a few drops if it is too spicy and work up to a dose. Drink the water through a straw or your lips will burn.

Obviously the taste isn't the best given what is being consumed, but love the quality of this product and would recommend!
