You can feel the weight immediately when you put this on. Fits well but aches the shoulders after a while.

Very uncomfortable, the weight of vest was 16kgs not 20kgs, sent back and now NO REFUND, (apparently not received) AVOID!!!! Avoid!!!!

The vest is very well made and does feel comfortable when on. Feels heavy when lifted but not so bad when it is actually on. Good value for money.

It is what it says- a 20kg vest. However, the design could be better as the shape of it restricts your arms and it rubs if your arms are raised. I've had to put tape on it to reduce the rubbing but it still digs in a bit. Additional: I have just knocked another star off because the bruises from where it was digging in have started to show.

This item arrived and the stitching holding the straps is place has began to break and they have sent me a sticker for return posting but the post office will not accept it as it is too heavy I have asked for it to be uplifted but have heard back from them
