I can’t tell you about the sun and the rain affecting these for outdoor use. But you will need to make sure they are protected from accidental falling or being hit by anything. I have had numerous resin figures where they fell or something had hit them and parts have broken off and had to be glued back on with super glue. They are resin and not that hard to break. But if you take really good care of them they will be a joy for you for a long time. Just be careful with them!
