I ordered this battery few weeks ago, it turned out that the battery does not hold the power for much longer and as I was unhappy with the purchase I tried to get either a refund or a replacement. The seller ( not Amazon) has totally ignored any attempt to communicate with them. No answer whatsoever! Amazon system does not want to know and it keeps referring me to the seller. £24 gone down the drain!

I was worried to get the wrong item but I was wrong. Happily. The right item for my laptop and working without a glitch

The replacement battery fitted perfectly, and charged to 100%, then lasted over 4 hours, better than the 15 minutes the original one finally went down to!Now I must remember to "cycle" the battery to keep it in good condition!

BatteryBar is reporting 11% wear ever since the first charge. I've done the recommended charge discharge cycles and although it is working, it hasn't altered the wear reported.I have to admit that this was cheap compared to other batteries but 11% wear on a brand new battery?

Not bad lasts ok

I knew it would not stand up to the performance of the original, but it hardly seems to hold any charge, so my aim of cycling it regularly to prolong it’s lifetime is not possible to achieve. And the laptop manufacturer doesn’t sell them anymore which is pretty poor from a longevity and eco perspective. Perhaps they should be forced to supply (for a fee) OEM replacements for 10 years.

Fast efficient service and the battery works just fine, would use these guys again.
