Small Adorable 1/2" Crystal Kitty Pendant and Necklace with Pink Flower Bow Silver Tone for Girls Teens

I am a dad, I have an extremely bright 4 year old. I usually jump the gun on purchases and go way over the top. My wife talks about me because, we have three children, 4,5, and 8. And when my oldest was 3, I went out and bought him for Christmas a 1/8 scale r/c car. Ok I admit that was over kill. I bought my second son an xbox 360 when he turned 4. Ok, I will admit my boy is smart but we worry about him because the girl is so bright! LOL Anyways, Christmas 2013 rolled around and didn't know what to get her, and now that I 'm becoming more seasoned as a parent, I didn't want to go overkill which is why I'm constantly second guessing my buying decisions....enough said. This is a beautiful necklace, it is sturdy and looks very classy and intricate. From the description picture I was worried that the pendant would be to over bearing for her neck. I was wrong, it is about a quarter of an inch wide and it is gorgeous. Get it you won't be sorry.

Small enough to be comfortable in a small child, and of good quality. glad I ordered it, it made a nice birthday gift.

I ordered this for my niece's birthday and am very pleased with it. It's very cute, looks like the picture and is good quality. It's small and dainty, which works work since my niece is pretty young.

Upon arrival, a stone in the left ear of the pendant was missing. I purchased this as a gift after reading the positive reviews it received. However, the necklace I received is very cheap looking (not worth $18.99) and seems to be poorly made. I wouldn't even want to give this to my niece after seeing it in person.

July 2, 2012 update: I'm lowering the rating from 3 stars to 2 stars, as one of the black eye crystals has fallen out. This has been worn very rarely, perhaps only 4-5 times, and crystals should not be falling out.Original review from February 21, 2012:The pendant itself is very nice, no issues so far. On the chain however, the nice lobster claw catch is attached with a tiny link that is not soldered closed. After wearing for 2 days, this link opened slightly, not surprisingly, and the chain fell off. This link should have been soldered closed, because, as they say, a chain is only as strong as it's weakest link.

I bought this necklace for my niece for Christmas and I couldn't wait to give it to her. However, when her mom took it out of the bag it was packaged in and attempted to put it on her, the clasp of the chain was broken. The charm was adorable, but beware of the chain. I bought her a new silver chain for her charm.

This is perfect for a young girl as it is perfectly proportioned for little necks. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the necklace. This is probably better quality than the cheap little girl things you can get at Claire's.

I gave this to my 4 year old granddaughter and she loves it. The chain is more of a round chain and it appears quite sturdy. The pendant is adorable and looks just like what is pictured. I would highly recommend it to any little girl who is a Hello Kitty fan.
