Finally a review of someone with a tragus piercing
I’ve been using ear plugs for a few months now. I’m a super light sleeper and wake to everything. Ear plugs have helped so much! However, I have my tragus pierced and that has made finding ear plugs that fit without being extremely sore the next day, nearly impossible. Ive tried, adult, kids versions, silicone, you name it. I’ve been using these pink ones for a few days now and not once have I woken up with sore ears. The shape of it made it easier to fit in my ear unlike the other big ones that stick out too far, pushing my piercing to the side. The very end of it does lay against my piercing, but I think having the x at the end of the ear plug, gives the piercing more room to contour into the plug instead of just being pushed out of the way. I sleep on my side and have no problem sleeping on both ears with these. I like that they don’t block out every noise, just muffle it. But I mean, reallyyy muffle it, I can hear the fan across the room but it sounds like it’s a mile away. As a mom, and the wife to the snorlax himself, completely blocking out my hearing at night sounds like a dream, but knowing I still have a fighting chance of hearing them wake up at 4am to empty every toy bin is…comforting? 🤔

Perfect for small ear canals
This helps me sleep better and since I guess I have small ear canals, it doesn’t wake me up in the middle of the night with an aching sensation.

and I'm glad they make them in this size
Since every pair of foam earplugs ever has always irritated and hurt my ears -- even some supposedly smaller and more contoured ones I bought at the drugstore-- I had come to the conclusion that I must have very narrow ear canals. Well, I still think I do, but not as small as these! I would call these more child-size than women's size. They were just a little too small for me, and as such don't block out noise sufficiently well. Still, they are a well-made, high-quality product, and I'm glad they make them in this size. Earplugs need to come in many variations of shape and size, and I accept that I just have to experiment until I find something that works for me. The more variety the better!I'm trying these out next. http://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B0067OU27O?redirect=true&ref_=cm_cr_ryp_prd_ttl_sol_17

Yay.
Apparently I have very tiny ear canals that kind of go upward. I am also sensitive to the sensation of ear plugs and generally HATE them. These work for me though! They are quite tiny and very soft, but work perfectly in my teeny adult ears. I was even able to nap during my husband's loudish TV show the other day. That hasn't happened in 15 years, as I am very noise sensitive!I would LOVE to have these *exact* ear plugs in a neutral grey or something, so I could wear them in loud crowds without it being obvious I'm wearing hot pink "girly" earplugs. Seriously.

Comfortable for small ears
I’ve tried using a few other kinds and brands in a variety of sizes and these are the only ones that work for my small ear openings. I had ear pain from other brands and almost gave up on using ear plugs all together, I’m so glad I found these! I use them faithfully every night! Trust me they are comfortable and they work I can sleep a full night when my husband is snoring next to me lol

Ok at muffling outside noise, but irritated my tinnitus.
I bought the Mack's Dreamgirl Foam Earplugs in hopes it would reduce the sound of my husband's snoring and also the sound of a mockingbird who sings from 3:00am until sunrise. They didn't reduce sounds inside my house at all. Didn't really muffle them in the slightest. I could still hear snoring, ceiling fan (which doesn't bother me), the cat walking on our wood floors, everything. They did muffle the sounds outside a bit, though I could still hear the air conditioning turn on. The regular birds, however, weren't quite as noticeable. With that said, the early bird mockingbird hasn't performed a solo since the earplugs arrived, so I can't confirm effectiveness there. I have very small ears and these are probably the most comfortable earplugs I've ever worn. They are tiny and are the perfect size for small ears. They easily took shape in my ears and didn't feel too thick. This is probably due to the hollow center. The hollow center is also possibly the reason they didn't block out much of the sound within close proximity. I suffer from mild tinnitus and the earplugs amplified the ringing in my ears. I would recommend if you are wanting to block outside noise, but didn't find them effective enough for inside noise.

Very small
I read all the reviews for this product and other Mack ear plugs. These were not the ones listed as "small" or meant for smaller ear canals...however they are SMALL. Very small, I have been wearing ear plugs for 10+ years and never have i seen ear plugs with small. I have almost lost them in my ears twice so I'm no longer using, wasted money, which is very frustrating. They were a soft material and easy to manipulate but I also felt they don't block out noise, perhaps slightly filter it. Will not buy this product again and don't recommended unless you have tiny ears.
