Joy stick on the two hand holder won't power on
The design and functionality of Pilotfly 2-hand holder is great. I love the carbon fiber light weight nimble design BUT after fully charging the batteries only the gimbal itself turned on. The joy stick did not power up at all, which sucks because that's one of the mains reasons I purchased this 2-hand Holder. The package did not come with any manual either or information about the product it felt like an open box item. Unfortunately I'm going to have to return this product and hope to have it replaced with a working one. At this point I spent $1100 for the pilot fly h2 and another $270 for the 2 hand holder. That brings my total to about the same price of the Ronin M. I'm kind of having buyers remorse right now and wish I just went with the Ronin. Now this review is about the two hand holder not the gimbal itself because the actual gimbal works fantastic and I love it.. This two hand holder joy stick malfunction just Makes me cringe

The handle it self is great! The built in remote is also great
The handle it self is great! The built in remote is also great. BUT- there more negative then positive about it. First of all, nowhere does it say there is a battery charger included. So I bought one... Comes to find out there is one in the package. The remote ON/OFF switch is on the side which can accidentally be turned off when using. I couldn't get the Gimble to connect to my computer thru USB cable to do some software tweaks. I had to switch off to the one handed handle, do my tweaks then switch back. Not very efficient. It was crashing my computer. The foam pieces just rotate around the handle, which means if you do a quick zoom and hold it one handedly you can loose grip. The right handle foam is so short, it's almost useless there. Charging battery... Very annoying, and not efficient. You have to unscrew the caps on both ends of the handle to take out the batteries. And then, the remote it self has another battery separately. I wish there was a way to plug in the whole handle just like the original handle. I was really excited about, but I had to switch back quickly to my original handle during the shoot. Also just to confirm, with the newest release of these handles there is no more wires dangling. It's all Bluetooth. Maybe the next realease they'll take care of these problems, but this one is going back.
