Is it certified gluten free?

Yes, it is. It says right on the front of the bag that it is gluten free. If you look at the bag in the description and enlarge it, you will see the label says gluten free. I checked the bag I have at home and saw it there.

How much cadmium is in this?

Do not know. We used all making candy and cookies.

How does this compare to ghirardelli majestic premium cocoa powder?

The Ghirardelli has a sharper flavor, which I find great for baking. This is a good Dutch-processed cocoa. I would say it is milder. I make a chocolate drink with this. I can compare it to Hershey's Special Dark.
