I love the versatility of this set. It's a fantastic value. Alinacutle is an amazing vendor with such great truly unique designs. She's not like taking other people's designs and copying, these are one of a kind treasures! I love that, that's what I love about Sizzix too, I don't mind spending this money on these dies because one: it's an amazing value, you get extras that you don't get with bigger name brands. Two: her dies cut just as well, if not better than those name brands. I cut through mid weight chipboard to make my cover. 3: I have bought from her store on Ali but to be able to get your dies in a couple days- well yeah awesome. I will buy again and again from alinacutle because I know I'm getting the best dies. I love my good ol die cutting machines, I have a circuit maker but it's just never going to be as simple as just grabbing a die and your cutting pads and rolling it through and having awesome projects just like that. And to be able to make two different style of journals and a box out of this die is so sweet. That's a lot of bang for your buck. I didn't even fully utilize all of the dies that came with this set. I just used the outer main 'box' dies to create my journal cover, the small square dies on the inner left hand size where you see it open, it comes with those. The one coin mini envelope on the right flap wasn't included, that was from another vendor at a different time. Anyhow, I love how the entire thing looks shadowed, the pieces fit like a glove and it's seriously gorgeous. It would take me a long time to cut those shadow pieces the right sizes to get them to fit correctly to shadow perfectly like this. I hand bound in my three signatures to make a 180 page journal. This is just 1 of 3 journals I made so far. The other two are not finished yet. I have really been loving this die. I really want the album one too but idk if I can force myself to spend that kinda cash right now. Maybe if I sell these guys quick! Hope this helps someone who's on the fence. Even if you are just interested for the travelers notebook size die that this comes with, that's actually the same aflap die as the left hand flap of the 'box' here that I made my cover out of . These are well thought out designs and it would look amazing too. I think I am going to do some simple boxes out of some heavy cardstock for Xmas gifts. I think the style will look incredible for a nice gift! Thanks Alina!
