Made a great gift!
This was a gift for a friend overseas. I wanted to gift her an Indian cookbook and the only author whose work I am familiar with is chef Kunal Kapur. His YouTube videos are simply fabulous, hence I selected this book. What a great decision that turned out to be! My friend is super thrilled with it, and commented on how interesting, simplified yet exotic all the meals are. Highly recommended.

Recipes are easy and delicious. Anyone can turn a best cook if they just cook from these recipes.
I love that ingredients used are easily available and this book provides you a complete meal recipe. From maincourse to dessert. Amazing mocktail

Vegetarian recipes could be more and ingredients could a little more of everyday spivies that are easy to find

Nothing extraordinary
This recipe book is just not worth the money in my opinion. Neither lives upto traditional cooking methods or recipes nor provides clear shot cuts.
