Easy to get on, hold up better than some I’ve purchased. No runs and have washed and worn them a lot.

Just the right amount of compression for me, stylish because it looks like regular knee highs. I tried stinger compression but not as comfortable. It depends on what you personally need.

To give you some comparison, I weigh 260 and am 5'6" tall. I wear a size 8-1/2 to 9-1/2 shoe. My calves are not huge, but I do have problems with wearing tall boots. I was looking all over Amazon for light support hose that I could wear during the summer months without making my legs, feet and ankles feel like they were melting. I didn't want tight support.. just something that I could comfortably wear all day to control some of the daily leg/ankle swelling from my sit-down job. These size large, beige, NuVein stockings just arrived today. I immediately took off the thicker hose I had on and tried on a pair of these. They hit the mark. They give mild/light support - 8 to 15 mmhg - but I will be able to tolerate these all day because they are much thinner than the 15 to 20 mmhg stockings and socks I have been wearing that strangle my legs and make me sweat. They are fairly stretchy and easily go up to below my knees. The tops are are just tight enough to stay up, too. The only minor drawback is that there is no heel cup to indicate where to fold the stocking to slip onto my foot. (Edited to say I just realized that I do not have to use that method for putting them on. They can be put on like regular hose!) That can be a benefit, too, because they can easily fit different size feet. I ordered 4 pair. I am ordering 4 more today. I don't know about durability since I just got them today, but if they even last until the fall, I will be thrilled with this purchase.

I tried a couple of different compression sock options. Some didn’t work size-wise—came up too far, too big in the toes. Or else the fabric was too heavy. I ultimately bought three pairs of these in three colors. They are thinner but still offer compression and go on and off easily if you put them on properly starting at the toe and working up your leg. I’m a senior woman (5’4”, 150 lbs.) who had vein ablations, but I don’t need heavy compression and these work well for me. I actually toss these in the washer and hang to dry and no problem.
