Wonderful Cooling Racks
Not only is the price virtually unbeatable for a good-quality product (Baker's Secret is rather trustworthy across the board), my favorite thing about these particular racks is that they STORE EASILY.I have at least a dozen from different brands in different sizes. These are the perfect size to accommodate regular-sized batches of baked goods, and because of the cutouts near the feet, they nest very easily and store almost flat. This is my third set of these; I have four of these racks at home, and when I was recently asked about the best ones by a friend, I bought him these to try as his first. Nonstick, wash easily (tip: a plastic dishwashing brush and some hot, soapy water and they're like new) and don't warp -- all very important factors. The packaging says not to use them in the oven (there's a big trend toward nesting a cooling rack on top of a cookie sheet for bacon-making and other applications); IN NO WAY DO I RECOMMEND THAT YOU GO AGAINST THE PACKAGE DIRECTIONS, but since I am a firebrand and an upstart and hate to be told what to do, I will just tell you that I personally have used these and similarly-clad products in that manner against the manufacturers' advice, and I (and my cooling racks) have emerged from the experiences unscathed.

More than happy!
I bake cookies like they're going out of style. I bake cookies at least every other week (but if we're being honest, every week). After my last cooling rack was finally sacrificed to the rust gods, I decided it was time to buy a new set.A few points about these racks:1. Price: Good price point! You can probably find cheaper at a discount store, but they probably won't last you more than a week or so.2. Quality: I've put these through some decent use in the time that I've had them and they're holding up well so far. How long they'll last you depends on how well you care for them, like anything else. If you want cooling racks that are going to stand up in the long haul against rust, nuclear apocalypse, velociraptor attack, etc. there are higher end ones to get. But if you balk at the idea of spending a fortune on a cooling rack and you're willing to take care of your things, these are a good option.3. Size: Good size, the two of them typically hold all the cookies I make in a batch. The slats are nicely spaced and allow air to circulate through without your goods falling through. I have limited counter space too, so the size is good. So, take care of these and they'll last you a while. I've been pleased.

Fantastic cooling racks, these make a difference!
I do a lot of baking and my previous cooling racks were not nonstick and were a tad small. I didn't realize what a difference it would make switching to these racks. They seem to cool cookies faster as the height is a bit higher than other racks, allowing for more air flow and preventing the counter from heating. The quicker cooling allows for cookies/breads to be placed into a container sooner, preventing any staleness or dryness. The nonstick works great. Cookies do not cling to the rack, so as you are placing them on the rack with a spatula, you can shift them around easily and they won't break or bend. These are so easy to clean. You don't have to grapple with tiny bits of cookie dough hardening into the corners of the mesh. These have held up in the dishwasher, but realistically only need washing every few uses and can be rinsed easily under the tap. The size is great; they fit on my counter even with other appliances and are big enough to hold several batches of cookies. I always find myself with more space on the rack than cookies. Highly recommend!

it's good. Not flimsy
For what it is, a cooling rack, it's good. Not flimsy, but not really sturdy - you don't really need sturdy for cookies or other baked goodies. Just used both last night baking a batch of oatmeal chocolate chip cookies - each easily fits a dozen and you could possible squeeze on there 15 regular sized cookies on there. Could easily do a 9 inch circular cake on each. The nonstick coating makes cleaning a breeze. The reason I am only giving it 4 stars is that one seems to have an ever so slight dip in the middle - like I said, not the most sturdy in build, but that doesn't prevent it from cooling a batch of cookies.

Works great!
Update 1-12-17Upgraded to 5 stars. About 75% of the time these are used in the oven for cooking and 25% for cooling. After about 8 months and several hundred uses the wire mesh has held up very well. The coating is not peeling or cracking or rusting. Food does not stick unless it is softer items like frozen beer battered fish and then only a little. clean up is a breeze. They are tall enough that enough hot air on the convect setting gets underneath you can get away without flipping foods, especially when using a flat baking sheet (no sides).Original PostThe wire mesh is a bit thin but they work fine. Can't expect anything more in this price range. The only concern is they will break sooner than expected. If I needed something more durable would have went with a stainless steel version. If I factored in the price it would be five stars but I never do as it can fluctuate and would not be as good a value if the price was higher.

Perfect if you are a Sugar Cookie Baker ...
These are a good value. They are lighter weight than I'd anticipated (a little disappointed) but the way the feet are placed makes it WONDERFUL to use over top of something in the sheet. Here's what I mean. I bake custom sugar cookies for weddings, birthdays, baby showers, etc., and to ensure the cookies keep their precise shape (you know how sugar cookie dough can spread and distort the shape) I freeze them for five or ten minutes after I've rolled the dough out, and then again after I've cut the shapes and placed them on a silicone baking sheet to bake. My other racks have "feet" that interfere with placing the rack over a filled cookie sheet, but these work perfectly. I can put cookies (or rolled dough) on my half sheet baking pan and place one of these over the cookie dough and then place another loaded tray on top of that rack. It lets the baking sheets "stack" on top of one another without crushing the cookies under the baking grid. Only a big deal if you bake several sheets at a time, but for me it was a serendipitous discovery. Well worth the lighter weight/gauge wire used.

Very good value for the money
I've used these cooling racks so many times and never had a problem. The real test is when I'm topping cookies or a desert loaf with a glaze and it drips onto the racks, no issue with clean up as its comes of easy with sticking. This size is perfect and they stack and store without much effort.Good quality and sturdy, great value for the money.

Great for baking and cooling
I love these baking racks and I use them in the kitchen all the time for many different things. I have baked bacon on them to keep it up out of the grease. I've done the same with chicken and it's come out incredibly crispy on all sides. I've done roasts on the racks and collected the drippings below to make an au jus. They have also been used to cool down dozens and dozens of cookies after they've come out of the oven. These are great and a necessity! I couldn't live without them.

Excelente compra
Son de muy buena calidad, básicas para la reposteria o panaderia. Las he utilizado por 2 años ya, y siguen como nuevas, permiten secar/liberar la humedad de lo que hayas horneado, muy sencillas de guardar.
