I had National brand and was not good in trimming mostach. But this product is excellent.

Terrible
Got it out of the packaging, oiled the blades, added batteries, wouldn't turn on.Changed the batteries to make sure, still wouldn't turn on.Turned it upside down, finally turned on.Tried to line up the top of my beard (thin hair), wouldn't cut.Put the guard on to trim my mo, wouldn't cut. Pulled a few out, but didn't actually cut anything.Batteries seemed to be loose as the power seemed to keep dropping and upping.Not sure if defective or bad design.But definitely bad experience. Started return process within an hour of it being delivered. 😭
