Hi there I’m not 100% sure but their nail polish are. Unfortunately it doesn’t say here if it is or isn’t

Sodium hydroxide (lye, caustic) not urea (uric acid) as in other callus removers.

Q: Does this product remove the callus permanently? Are it grows back in due time?

It doesn't completely removes them, it smoothes the area where the calluses are and it will grow back.

Q: how does the gel ingredient worked to get the callus removered?

I do not know how the gel works, I do know you need to soak your feet for a few minutes, then spread the gel on and wait a few minutes then rub the calluses off with the special rubbing block that comes with the kit. Works great on my tough calluses.
