The price was right and so far this device is working well for my scar massage. As a former occupational therapist, I used to have my patient used the same type tool for their wound scar massage. It is quite effective and the vibration is not too overwhelming. Glad they still sell them fairly cheaply. Even though this is a knock off the quality seems good and mine seems to be working well. The rubber on the massage tips is very comfortable and sturdy. I like this massage Dyson that it takes a battery instead of being rechargeable. It is much easier to replace a battery then to hope that the recharging battery will continue to do its job.

I was advised by my physical therapist that ordering a stimulant messager for my post Op finger tip amputation would be beneficial! Ordered this item with 2 day PRIME April on1st for the (Heated Massage Tool) option. Upon delivery on the 4Th of april. Shipping pkg was fine. But as soon as I pulled the box out of the polly bag, I knew I just received a customer returned item. Scotch tape wrapped around the entire center of the pkg. Cut it open to find nothing sealed in plastic sleeves even the massager tip tools were opened and just tost in a bare box. No paperwork of use or directions at all. Massager was visually used. Greasy fingerprint covered. Now as gross as this sounds.... I was willing to look past it due to needing this to help heal from my injury! I thought if it turns on & works at least half as well as advertised? I can easily sanitize the item and .... Yeah Um Nope. factory Battery was already installed. Bottom close lid was opened. Made sure the battery was installed the right way. The Moment of Truth!!!?? NOTHING NOT EVEN PARTIAL MOVEMENT OR SOUND! Double Triple Quadruple checked inside the battery housing for possible blockage between terminals. Battery was put in correctly. Tested battery to make sure it wasn't just that.... It tested half life used. But definitely had enough juice to fire this tool up. Completely Useless Pre-owned Distsaster at it's finest! Definitely not reordering & want you all to know... Good deal for the price. Works very well, love the 3 different tips. I 'm using it on scar tissue from a tendon repair, and even my therapist was impressed! I use the flat one for overall coverage, the round one for the center of the scar and the pointed one for the nerve damage in the center of my wrist. This was a great purchase, very helpful.

The first one I received did not work at all. Ordered a replacement which arrived the next day. The second one worked. It's very "plasticky" and probably won't last long. But it seems to be working for my purpose. I recently had CMC joint surgery, and I need to massage the scar to loosen the scar tissue. So for me, the purchase so far seems to be worth it. Fingers crossed it last for a few months until I no longer need it. If you need anything long term, and more powerful, I suggest purchasing something else. UPDATE: the battery cap won’t go on completely after changing battery. It still works at the moment, but I’m not sure for how much longer. I was hoping it would work for at least a few months. But it’s already falling apart and I still need it for another couple of months for scar tissue. Will have to start looking for another one.

Love this hand massager, was recommend to me by my therapist, I use it all the time as recommended.

All of these are pretty much the same as far as I can see. I have bought different ones and seen no difference. So, just buy the one with the best price. The heat attachment does give a little bit of warmth but not much. No biggie as far as I am concerned. The price and shipping was excellent. It works just as good or just like its look a-likes. ALSO... it comes with a little clear plastic battery protector tab. You have to REMOVE this in order for it to work. Because it is transparent, some people might not realize it is there or just not see it. Some people may have thought they got one that was DOA, but it was just that they needed to remove that battery protection tab. I will buy this one again, no problem. None of them last forever.

I bought one of these because my OT uses one on my scars after hand and elbow surgery. I didn’t really care about the heat feature, but I chose this one because it would arrive sooner. The first one I received did I not work. You know that feeling when an electronic item doesn’t work and you wonder if it needs fresh batteries and then you wonder if you put the batteries in wrong because it must be user error, right? Nope. These things don’t necessarily work upon arrival. I had to exchange mine for another one, which worked, thank goodness. It uses a C battery and comes with one. I’ve been using mine for 10 to 15 minutes daily for about two weeks and I am still on the first battery. The heat feature is just silly. It is the metal looking tip, which the non-heat version doesn’t include. Supposedly the metal tip gets warm as you run the machine… But it doesn’t. Luckily, I was not looking for that feature, so I’m not really disappointed. But if you are excited about the heat feature, this thing isn’t really heated. Now the good stuff. This works great as a massager for scars using scar reducing oil or even just lotion it helps scar tissue, not build up inside your body, and apparently it helps them look smoother on top. It’s also helps with desensitization of the scars. My OT uses this with the round flat head, so that’s what I do too. The head attachments go on easily and come off easily. The massage heads also have rubber pieces covering them that come off easily for washing. Some of the rubber pieces aren’t cut smoothly, but I just ran a sharp blade along the edge and it took the excess material right off. So if you can be patient enough to wait until you get a working one, and you don’t care about the heat feature, this is a great little device.

It satisfied my expectations perfectly.

I received the massager and it did not work even after changing the battery. Received a refund without a return, after I pointed out to the seller that the return address was in the USA and this contravenes the UK Amazon policy.

Todo muy bien, solo que sus materiales son muy frágiles por lo que hay que tener mucho cuidado.
