I just received this yesterday (7/9/2020).It was easy to put together, no tools needed besides the tiny wrench and air filler they provided. When I aired up the ball it was too small, but I deflated by half and refilled like the instructions said and it's full size now. Soon as I sat in it I could tell it would help. (I have a desk job and sit long hours). Will update in a few months to tell y'all how it does.

This chair has been really good for use in my shop. I often set at my leather tooling bench for hours and this seat has been very helpful. I'm less sore when I get up than from my other conventional chairs. My only, very minor, complaint is the locking casters can be a hassle if moving around and they get bumped into the lock position.

I was disappointed in the fact that the after a few days the ball lost all of its air. I found a small leak on a seam. I can’t get ahold of anyone for a replacement

Support bar for ball broke after a month of on/off use.

Product is just as described. At first I was sent the wrong size ball but the company was very helpful and quickly sent a replacement.
