I have been wearing Acorn socks for well over 20 years. I have a problem with neuropathy in my feet and can't wear tight fitting socks. I always get X-large so they slip on easy and don't constrict. You'll want to wear Crocs when you have these socks on. They are warm to sleep in. My first 2 pairs lasted for almost 15 years!

Most people can get away with the small size. I wear a man’s 9 and medium was way too big.These are my lounging & sleeping Sox to help me keep warm at night.Beautiful print and excellent Acorn quality.I own many pairs so I can switch out to match different ensembles! :D

I bought 2 pair, love the design and want more earth tone colors. I have been a fan of Acorn Fleece footwear for years. Because my oldest fleece socks purchased in the 1980,s were wearing in the heels, I bought these socks knowing that they will last a long time. I chiefly wear them inside my lined crocs to quickly step out the side door to bathroom my dog in winter. They will be completely comfortable in my unlined crocs come spring.What I like best about them is that I feel the design of the sock is a better fit now than when I bought my initial socks from a retail store. The material is more dense and cushy. I wouldn’t wear them inside my tie shoes, however. They are perfect for me in my Crocs or Birkenstocks, (Boston) to help you understand what type of shoes I have been pairing them with… totally love them! Glad I bought a size 9 for my size 8.5 foot because they are snug after washing. I machine launder them and I personally let them air dry naturally on a towel rod, but you can absolutely dry them in a machine on low heat. So soft and warm!😃💜💜💜😃😎👍✅

Overall: I will likely buy another pair. They’re nice quality, cozy and cute. Took off one star because of online color representation.Good: exactly what I wanted to my keep feet warm overnight, perfect for sleeping. They are fitted without restricting any circulation. I bought XXS and wear 6.5 shoes. I learned NOT to size up to XS with Acorn brand. Just too big. You could wear under a loose pair of slippers for extra warmth. Very nicely made, and quality materials.Disappointing: not as fluffy/stretchy as most fleece, which makes these socks a teensy bit challenging to put on. Also, colors in the Majestic purple pattern were not as vibrant as the product image. They’re fine, I just thought they’d be happier, brighter. The color photographs brighter than they are in person. There’s an umber-brown stripe that mutes the colors.

I bought Acorn socks years ago. They were great. I don't know who's making them now, but after multiple attempts I've given up. They are way too big. If that were the only problem I'd just get a smaller pair. I ordered medium instead of the large that I should be getting. These socks have no shape to them. They are basically a shapeless tube. Unlike the old "tube" socks that were stretchy, these are just like loose bag on your feet. Too bad, Acorn were my favorite socks.

For those that are wondering, these socks are not vegan. I tried searching on their website as well as here on Amazon and everything I came up with indicated only that the material is fleece. Since fleece could be polyurethane, wool, cotton, or other materials, my wife reached out to acorn directly. Their response was that these socks are not vegan. I’m still not sure what the material is made of but that was enough for us. Too bad they couldn’t make that vegan. These are incredible socks and very comfortable. I used to buy these for friends and family as gifts. I can’t bare to do so anymore since they aren’t vegan.

OVERALL these are warm and comfortable and allow foot to breath while wearing. I purchased to keep my foot warm while sleeping w/o any compression or weight during post-op ankle surgery. However, I also have Reynaud's and bonus is they are great for that condition so both feet are happily wearing these.PROS: warm, light, breathable - your feet stay warm without having tight or bulky socks and allows your foot to breath and not get sweaty. These are awesome if you have Reynaud's - I can't even believe it!!! Wish I bought these years ago, have since purchased a 2nd pair.CONS: not really great for walking in as they might be a bit floppy on the fore foot so careful not to trip. I haven't had an accident yet but don't walk in them much.I would recommend and buy again.
