Sportmix Wholesomes Lite Biscuit With Lamb Meal Grain Free Dog Treats, 3 Lb.

I have 5 Mini Schnauzers, all rescues and 3 adopted as seniors. My oldest is 15 and has always had stinky breath so I tried everything including a tongue scraper for dogs. But, immediately following a dental (the real deal kind, too, by a vet with anesthesia) the odor persisted convincing me that something else was going on. Worse, it had gotten so bad recently that sitting with him near by was unpleasant -- I could even smell him as I approached.I'm talking about an extremely affectionate animal who loves nothing more than and asks for nothing more than to be near me -- and I've literally had to push him away from me. On several occasions looking at his confused little face, I've come close to tears. Who knows how much longer my little companion will be here enriching my life with his love? It just seemed so unfair not to be able to enjoy every day we have together...I don't write many reviews, but this one deserves it. After 2 days of giving him the Sportmix biscuits with natural bone charcoal, the stinky breath isn't better - it's GONE. I mean it is GONE! I know just like we are different, each dog and every cause is different, but I am thrilled and am ordering more right now because I don't want to run out! Thank you, Midwestern Pet Food!

Used these biscuits as treats & rewards for our fur baby. I like them because I am able to break them into smaller pieces & give them that way. Our furbaby is now our "chunky monkey" so this is a great way to reward her without too many calories. Some other brands of the biscuits/treats are to hard to break up.Also, she likes them. She can be a little picky so this is a plus. Will I reorder? Yes.

I choose these when Old Mother Hubbard was out of stock, I would order these again but they cost more.

I give my dogs a couple when they have an upset tummy and it helps them a lot. Going to buy again when i run out!!

This is a great quantity for the price. My dog knows the sound of the bag and will immediately find me. I have bought many different flavors from this company, and my dog has liked every single one. She has never turned away their treats. She has a sensitive stomach and they all agree with her.

Though I really like the product, I was surprised to learn you could not use them daily. Now I am not sure when to use them. The dogs love them, but I do not want them to lose nutrients to the charcoal. If this information had been provided before I bought them I would be able to it five stars.

I have an 18+ year old chihuahua mix and he has no problem biting into these biscuits. They must also taste good because he devours them. I do have to break them into smaller pieces, but it's very easy to break these biscuits. BTW my other dog loves them also.
