N I have a wall that’s about 22ft long and 6ft high, (7mx2m). How many would I did to make a dense backdrop?

I made mine about 5' high by 4' wide and used 1 package. Of course, it depends upon how dense you want it. Buy one pack and see how much area it covers. Then you'll know. I will say I bought a second package in plastic vs. the first one in silk and the plastic looked almost the same (white vines vs. brown however) and there was more in the plastic package.

How do you hang them? I’m struggling lol

I got glued them onto a string and then hung them from the wall. You could also use push pins!

I'm trying to do a low budget tropical rainforest theme for my bathroom, would this be ok to put ony shower wall?

When you say shower wall do you mean actually inside the shower stall area? If inside the shower stall area, since it's only plastic and fabric, I would probably get a can of 3M waterproofing for the leaves. If it's Out side, and depending on ventilation, I would wipe the leaves down with a fabric softener sheet (to keep your dusting to a minimum), and maintain it. If you want the lushness of the wall to look like the picture, you can't have enough :) IMO, there's nothing worse when working on a project, you run out of supplies.
