Very inexpensive and durable. The metal clips are necessary. I bought another product and a clip broke after three uses.

Strap is comfortable enough, but not wild about how the padded part slides up and down. Maybe this is good so you can get it right where you want it. It works, and for the price the strap is well worth it. Metal clips are durable and the strap gives your bag a more premium and comfortable feel then most straps that come with your messenger bag. I added this to my leather messenger bag. The leather strap was cheap and not comfortable.

Impressed with the quality strap webbing and buckle adjustment. Hooks fit perfectly on the yeti hopper flip. Matches too!

I found it just right for my camera case and another one just right for a canvas attache case I use as a case for my laptop (it's about 3 times too big for it,but that wasn't true when laptops were a new thing and almost everybody used either an attache case or a mail bag)

I like the clips on this strap - I prefer the “pull down” clip design to ones that you have to push the clip inward. I don’t understand the design of the shoulder pad. The loops are entirely too big for the strap itself, so it slides around, and the Velcro doesn’t adjust small enough to keep it in place. It’s almost like they had two separate products that they simply decided to package together. I won’t be using the shoulder pad since I don’t like that it doesn’t stay in place, but the strap itself meets my needs for my duffel bag.

I brought this as a replacement for a shoulder strap on a bag that broke well over a year ago. It is used nearly every day and is reliable and well-constructed. I would recommend if you want your shoulder to do the heavy lifting.
