Very satisfied with the quality of this supplement. No fillers or additives just pure cayenne 😊 one issue I had but only once when I first started taking it was a touch of heartburn. Make sure you take with a meal and as product suggests, at least 8 oz. Of water. Love this supplement.

Ok product

I have no scientific data to show it is working, but I’ve been taking this consistently for a couple years per the recommendation of a nutritionist to aid in circulation. Once I consume, I feel a little burning in my chest, but it’s not bad and I understand this is normal.

I almost passed over these because I was unfamiliar with the company that makes them, but the vitamin brand that I normally purchase doesn’t carry this particular supplement so I decided to give it a try. I had read several studies about the many ways that Cayenne Pepper is good for your body, (most notably that it helps treat heartburn). I started taking it as soon it arrived and I am very happy with how well it’s working for me. A word of caution: it’s really important to follow the instructions printed on the back of the bottle about taking it with at least 8 ounces of water. I found out the hard way what happens when you don’t, and believe me I won’t make that mistake again! About an hour after taking one of the capsules with my iced tea I could literally feel the burning hot pepper all through my throat and stomach and even though I immediately started drinking water I kept feeling a not so pleasant hot feeling for at least an hour or so. It wasn’t anything serious, just uncomfortable, so now I make sure that I take it with a full glass of water and it hasn’t happened again. Overall I am very pleased with this supplement and I am about to order a bottle for my mom and my grandma.

Great product. I have been switching to this brand because they do not use any fillers. I figured I did not need sand (silica or silicon dioxide) in my diet anymore.

Very tricky supplement to use. Taking on a full stomach I am miserable. Taking on an empty stomach I am miserable. Small meal taken about an hour and a half after is tolerable leaving a full and warm feeling for half a day. There are no measurable results and no way to achieve those without an ultrasound. Easy to swallow. I believe it should be taken concurrently with nattokinase and bromelain to thin the blood and break down cholesterol as it is attacking the cholesterol. You have to fine-tune what works for you in order to take it.
