In my opinion, this is the best general seafood seasoning I have ever used. I am originally from New Orleans, a great place for seafood. I had used it before and had run out of it. Unfortunately, I had trouble finding it in my current local area. Once again, I looked to Amazon to acquire it. I love the fact that they had the large container of it. I had been using the small shaker bottle of Seafood Magic. Now I can fill that bottle as well for convenience. If you love eating and/or cooking seafood, I highly recommend it. Salt content is right for me and this seasoning is about the wonderfully appetizing spice mix, not heat or hotness.

This seafood seasoning is the best I have ever tried. I pan fry all of my seafood without any kind of breading or cornflour. I dry the fillets with a paper towel and season with this. I fry in ghee and add lemon juice and butter towards the end. Delicious!

This product is something we have used for years and now we have found an economical way to buy it. It is so subtle, but has the finest flavors and kick up any seafood dish. I have also been known to put it on other things like chicken and pork. It is a fabulous product from a fabulous chef.
