Best one daily multi you can get!
I've tried many multi vitamins over the years and this is the best one a day multi I have come across yet. It has the best forms of each vitamin and mineral for good absorption and in good amounts. My husband I both take these, and our hair and nails grow super fast and are stronger than before (no other change in diet or other habits), so we're definitely getting good absoprtion from these!

been my "GO TO" multivitamin for more than a DECADE under the watchful eye of METABOLIC MAINTENCE company in Oregon..however today learned that new OWNERSHIP decided to get rid of GLASS bottles and replace with PLASTIC AND to revise ingredients for Vitamin E made using SOY now!! THIS IS MY LAST PURCHASE OF THIS cheaply revised version of what USED TO BE ONE OF THE BEST Multi vitamins on the market!!!!!
