Perfect in support and comfort
I have a closet full of orthotics (expensive ones from the doctor), and multiple others that I have purchased. I took a chance on this one, and I was thrilled by the actual comfort. The way you can mold them to your feet is wonderful, and they are CUSHIONED, which all of my expensive orthotics are so hard they hurt my feet. These have the balance of support and comfort. Great product. They are a tad bit large. I'm a size 10 women, and they barely fit into my athletic shoe (an Altra, so large toe box). I had to trim the toe a tiny bit. But, sizing down, it is from an 8.5 - 9 women's, so that might have put the arch in the wrong place. You may have to experiment with sizing a bit, but well worth it!

Great customer service -
I went through the process of putting these in the oven - the indicator didn’t change color so not sure if I got them hot enough. Put them in my work shoes and basically had to stand/walk for about 60 hours on a concrete floor (I’m a chef) the following week. I was pleased how my knees and back felt, but I lost feeling in the bottom of my left foot. Six weeks later about 70% of the feeling is back, hoping the rest does. You also should know that I also weigh over 300 lbs., so the nerves just might need to regenerate. Meanwhile I took out the left and put the original one from the shoe back in. Seems to be the best of both worlds.I decided it would be a good idea to contact the company and let them know my concerns. Marshall wrote back immediately and was concerned, asked if I had seen a doctor about the numbness. Meanwhile, he sent me a new pair of their memory foam inserts at no cost. I am very pleased with the new insoles and recommend the company for their quality products and great service

Love them but, a little stiffer would be even better.
Love the formable inserts. I play tennis which made my heels hurt after being on the court for an hour or so. (plantar fasciitis) This inserts have reduced that post tennis pain by 80 or 90% ! The ones I bought are the stiffest ones available. I wish there a bet stiffer. I may add fiberglass/flexible expoxy to bottom to acheive this ... but they are great as they are now, ... Easy to form and viola... ,,, way more comfortable on the court..

Pretty good
I developed plantar fasciitis and haven't been able to heal it. I tried wearing some rock-hard plastic arch supports and the pain made it impossible to walk. I am trying these now. These are much more comfortable and I hope provide enough support. I like the full-foot support. These cup your heel and provide some arch support while providing a soft cushion. I've been wearing these for a week and my foot is improving. These fit in my shoes better than the rock-hard plastic ones, yet I've still sized up my shoe. I wear an 8 athletic shoe and have put them in a size 10. I don't think I need to size up this much but it's all I had.

Better than superfeet
I can’t do superfeet- but these are amazing, been using them since 2017-ish. I switch back and forth between these and sole brand. I have way less body aches, and I can absolutely tell when it’s time to replace based on foot/knee pain.

5 dtar
4 star for hard baseball and arch support build (could have been a but firmer).1 star for proper fit. The arch portion is positioned to close to the heel, leaving the arch closer to my toes unsupported.I've worn various insoles for the last 25+ years. This is very close to the best for a 1-item solution. The best combination of comfort and support for me is 2 different items:1) For comfort, the factory"Skechers memory foam" that's standard with many of their shoes feels like you're walking on clouds (no discomfort for me after 12+hours on my feet and moving) and plenty of padding (though it's flat son unsupportive).2) For support: the Spenco 3/4 long, full arch support. It has a rigid, hard base with a little padding (which completely solo is pretty close to perfect because proper support is provided, but could be thicker padding). I literally have purchased extra sketcher shoes just to put the insole into other shoes or boots. So that's what works for me. Spenco on bottom, Skechers on top.

Great product, great customer service
Works to help prevent ankle pain just like my more expensive orthotics and I can put them in all my shoes, even ones I only occasionally use. Great and responsive customer service when I had an issue with one of my deliveries.

Helped make my hiking boots comfortable
I hike about an hour per day and these made my new Merrills even better. They formed to my feet. I would buy again.
