If you like dollhouses and stories of dolls coming to life... you'll like this.
Not one of Burnett's best books, but still a very fun and charming quick read.There are themes of being humble, cheerful, etc. as well as a slightly more antiquated but still sweet romance blossoming between 'class divides'.

Lovely
Darling book and illustrations. Sadly this edition does have several errors in wording. Words like gave changed to have, etc… however still a lovely book
