23 Piece Bike Tool Kit - Bicycle Repair Tool Box Compatible - Mountain/Road Bike Maintenance Tool Set with Storage Case

Great starter set. Hadn't been on a bike in years so I bought a used bike and it needed a lot of love. Had no tools so I ordered this 23 piece set. Was able to perform the following repairs: New Chainring - Had to remove square tapered crank arm to do so. Kit included a crank removal tool New Derailleur and Hanger = Allen / Slot tools s for installation and tuning. New Cassette - Included tools to remove and tighten - awesome! New Chain - Did not have to use the chain breaker tool, but nice to have it in there. Did use the quick link remove pliers do disconnect chain. New Pedals - Wrenches worked great Adjust Brakes - Allen , Slot tools New tire tubes - Tire removal tool Going to hang on to this for a while. Looked a the other more expensive tools kits from the Big name brands and while I think they are good tools, for the novice / casual rider, this is more than enough to get and keep you on the road.

I purchased this tool kit to complete some near-term changes on my bike: 1) break the chain - the rivet extractor in the kit performed flawlessly; the included chain hook made the job easy 2) degrease the chain 3) wax the chain 4) reinstall the chain, and add a quick link to the chain - the master link tool made this an easy process I am very impressed with the variety, and quality, of this set. Very helpful to an amateur bike repairman!!

Put the kit to use immediately. For a non professional, this is a great kit. For what little use this kit may get, it's a great deal.

I like this set, but being for an essentials set, it is missing a couple things. Why are there no chain gauges in here? Definitely seems like something that would be cheap to toss in this kit. All the tools have held up well for me so far, and everything that has a dedicated spot stays in place. My only complaint with the dedicated spot is there are some tools that are loose and go behind other tools as a way to store them. I really do not like this, just an OCD thing on my behalf, does not cause any issues.

I got the 23 Piece Bike Tool Kit, and it’s been a lifesaver for bike maintenance. The set includes everything I need for mountain and road bike repairs, from tire levers to chain tools. It’s compact, well-organized, and easy to use. A must-have for anyone who likes to keep their bike in top shape!

Really has everything I need. Love the case. I do plan on displaying that on my new bicycle dedicated work bench but as is its very neatly displayed. It has alot of tools for the money. I honestly can't imagine the quality to be bad like some say. I chose the 23 piece bike tool kit over the 27 because I have the other tools that this doesn't have. It seemed like a good way to save 20 bucks anyway. I would say the cone wrenches are a little cheap I would like to see them at least be rubber coated for grip and possible rust resistance.

This kit has all of the most commonly used bicycle specific tools for just about every job I've seen. If it calls for "general tools" I would expect people already have them or could get them elsewhere locally. But these are quite particular in use and application and is better than trying to use generalized tools for the job. Would recommend, if you're a beginner, to start with watching videos on youtube and observe the tools used in each process then compare to see if you find those tools in this kit. Chances are good you will find them there. Only one exception comes to mind and that has to do with hydraulic line tools.

A new exercise bike arrived today with the pedal arms reversed in a factory error. I had to remove the pedal arms, swap them so the R was on the right side of the bike, and the L was on the left side. I discovered that I need a special tool in order to remove pedal arms. I looked into this neat little kit that I'd bought a while back, and voila! Every tool I needed to do a pedal arm swap was in the kit. It was good quality. Easy to use. It worked fabulously. I'm lovin' this thing. It even has tools in it that I didn't know I'd need. And if I were to buy each tool separately, it would cost me a lot more money, and I wouldn't have the convenience of a carrying case that keeps all my bike tools together which helps me from losing pieces of the set. I'm very happy with this kit and very glad I own it.
