Band-Aid Brand Sterile Hurt-Free Non-Stick Pads, Individually-Wrapped, Medium, 2 in x 3 in, 10 ct

Measuring 2 x 3 inches this medium non-stick gauze pad is one I have used for many years. The size seems to work for a variety of problems like knee and elbow scrapes. Anything that bends, puts too much stress on regular band-aid bandages so they usually don’t stay on. But a gauze pad can be taped in place with sports or first aid adhesive tape and wraps, even running strips of it all the way around the joint to help keep it in place. The pads wick away moisture and do not adhere to wounds. I have used these gauze pads on humans and canines with equal success, although the ones on dogs require a lot more wrapping. Reasonably priced and always a part of my basic first aid kit I have left the local store empty handed on more than one occasion when they were out-of-stock, so it is a convenience to find them offered on prime pantry.

These are great for an open wound that is healing. Do not stick. I was grateful I was able to find them on Amazon. There was no source I could find them where I live.

The only thing my open wounds don't react to when placed and worn directly on my wounds. I secure it with gauze, then an ace bandage wrap.
