There is a slight salty smell when opening the box/packets, but the flavor tastes good to me and my friends and the smell doesn’t linger when brewed. Good hot or cold, but cold brewing didn’t seem to work - I had to steep and then cool with ice. I ordered the 50pack then the 100pack and quality is consistent.

I just returned to the US from Korea and really missed having barley tea on cold nights. Although a bit expensive for a box of tea, well worth it unless you can bring it home from Korea. Excellent quality and very calming. The flavor is heavier than floral teas and more towards coffee, but wonderful on cold winter nights.

Not one to leave reviews often but this is a tea that I bought on a whim, and let me tell you as an apprentice tea drinker this is heavenly for a tea bag. I find it slightly sweet and nutty like it says but every sip gets better and tastes like a fresh piece of Italian bread when you drink it hot (weird analogy I know but try it and you might feel the same). Totally recommend to try even if you're not a tea person.

Good tea, taste & smells like coffee. Got for eyesight, Personally haven’t used long enough to feel any benefits. Giving 4 stars cause I’m not sure if the tea bags are bleached.

This Korean barley tea is excellent. The roasted flavor is mild and nutty, very smooth, and not bitter at all. I love that it’s caffeine-free, so I can drink it any time of day, even at night. The tea bags are convenient, and one bag makes a good amount of tea. It tastes great both hot and cold, especially chilled. With 100 tea bags, it’s a great value and perfect for daily drinking.

I had purchase this a few years back at a Korean Market. It’s very good, and I have been looking for it since then. Glad the have it on Amazon. I like the nutty flavor, not strong, just perfect.

Taste good during the winter time. Also good with rice. Have ordered multiple times for family and friends. Good value.

The taste of the tea is good. In recent orders, however, the tea bags tear—not good. Unfortunately, I just purchased 100 tea bags. I’ll see if I can return it.

Excellent. I love the taste and I make a big bottle daily and keep it in the fridge. Cold is very nice.

いつも購入していたものが無くなったので泣く泣くこちらを購入。香りも味も弱めで残念ながら、代替品にはなりませんでした。

かみさんが利用しましたが、ほとんど味がしないようです。風味も感じられず次回は購入対象にしません。
