I believe for prepping sprouts are the perfect choice for fresh veggies. You can grow them anywhere. They are super nutritious. They take very little water. In 4 days you have a jar full. These are my go to - it is a great variety- they have a good sprout ratio - and reliable quality.

This is the most hidden and underrated grain I have ran across! I have been eating grains for 30+ years and never tried farro. I started out with a simple pot from recipe on package adding broth instead of water, dried onion flakes, granulated garlic, salt and pepper. The flavor and texture is great! I have been substituting it for rice in several dishes and am even eating it for breakfast. As I said, flavor and texture is really great.

The bag is small. You will use it up in two or three times. It cooks nice and you can use it in a rice cooker.

Wish I had found this grain earlier in life. This is such a healthy, delicious addition to my new plant based diet. If more people knew about Farro, rice would be scared!! Easy to make and so yummy!! Try it, you will love it!

I use Farro an ancient grain instead of rice. It is delicious. I have trouble finding it at grocery stores near me. Thank God for Amazon.
