Have gotten these crab claws before and they have come frozen which is how they should come. This time they arrived in a almost thawed state. I put them in the freezer but question if they were still good. I havetried them and they were tuff or chewy. Will not order again from Giovonies fish market. They shipped with an ice pack instead of dry ice. Obviously they did not realize they were traveling to Indiana.

Bad tasting for the money very small I need a refund for this 4 lbs of claws I will send them back. Tell me how. !!! I did not get a refund on this ordered, 4#s only got two bags .I am waiting on the refund !!

After defrosting, Snow crabs, had no flavor over saturated with water and flavorless, definitely needs crab sauce to add any flavor.
