Per their spec sheet, the bending yield is 187,300 PSI and the allowable faster strength 1215 lbf Tensile and 965 lbf Shear

Q: why do i have to buy such a large quantity ?? why can't i get the 8 inch flathead in a 50 count >???

I always have big projects going. I am going to use a lot of them.

Q: I have to put three 2x6 pressure treated together for a main beam in a crawl space under a house, will these fastners work or do you sugest another?

You will only need 3" deck screws or drywall screws to put the beam together. I would not use the head lock screw. Probably will be 3 2x6 put together. Stager your joints on the beam if your 2x6's are not long enough to span from baring to baring.
