Feels nice and fit fits well even with a memory foam topper

I don't find it particularly easy to find bedding in this size, previous mattress protectors have been too big. I Like the fact that it will fully encase the mattress and zips it up so no slippage. Its also quite deep to contend with modern mattresses. The fabric isn't Egyptian cotton or anything but wouldn't expect it to be when it is designed for a specific purpose.

I use it for my HMO houses mattresses as sometimes tenants can bring bedbugs but this cover keeps the mattress safe and you can just call the experts to fumigate the room and clean it.

This is not a noisy cover and it's comfortable to lie on. It encloses my mattress and mattress topper, zips up perfectly and helps keep everything clean, and together - hope never to test the waterproofing!I definitely recommend this mattress cover.

Put it on the bed and the zip immediately broke and could not be fixed. We were using for our son at university and should have bought it home to try and get a replacement but ended up just throwing it away so total waste of money.

First wash and it developed a hole so not impressed by the quality. Would not buy again.
