Genteal Tears Gel Drops, 8 ml

I only use what my eye surgeon recommends. These eye drops used daily keep my eyes lubricated for the day. The gel does not drip as most eye lubricants and are easy to apply. The extra bit of cost more than many lubricants is well worth not having dry eyes when traveling and in dry air conditions.

i use this eye gel because it doesn't contain magnesium which is a problem for me. i use twice daily and has been getting the results i need. i have used for almost 1 year. i am glad it has changed to a droplet, at first it was a firm gel in a squeeze tube and could easily be messy and wasteful. the drops are easy to apply, as easy as any liquid eye drops. my ophthalmologist told me the watery drops actually dry your eyes but the gel will lubricate your eyes for many hours.another positive is that this eye gel is cheaper than the major brand i can't use - YAY

I am pleased with this brand vs. others that I've used over the years. It is better than Blink or TheraTears and I can notice a difference in the brands. They are all competitively priced here but this one is the most effective as I can use it only once a day and get relief. The others I have to use more than once.

I've been using Genteal Tears Gel products for 3 years. My eyes dry out over night and the surface will occasionally adhere to the back of the eyelid - these are the only drops that have had a noticeable impact in reducing this for me.This new bottle packing isn't great, though. The old packaging was in a tube, and the last couple drops were a bit of a hassle to get out, but the tube was soft and easy to work with.This bottle is so small and the plastic is so stiff that it's difficult to get the drops out. I'm a 32 year old man and I struggle to keep the bottle in place and squeeze it at the same time. I saw another reviewer saying they cut a bit of the tip off to make it a bit easier and I'll try that next time.This version also contains slightly less product than the old packaging, but the price was dropped a bit as well so I can't complain.If I could have only taken a half point off for the packaging, I would have - this is a seriously great product (at least in my experience).

These are thick gel drops for severe dry eyes. I use them often during the day. They soothe my eyes. They keep my eyes from drying out for a few hours. Depending how often you use them they should last about a week or so. they do not burn or aggravate my eyes at all. These are one of my top drops to use for dry eye.

The gel drops are of a thinner viscosity than the gel that used to be available in a .34 fl oz tube. I therefore have to apply these gel drops more often than the gel. Buyers should be aware that the gel drops come in a very small bottle of only .3 fl oz. The regular drops for moderate dry eye come in a bottle of .5 fl oz, almost twice the amount, and for a lower price.The small bottle is made of a harder plastic and so is less flexible and more difficult to squeeze for application. To solve that problem I have resorted to popping the tops off of one of the larger bottles of regular drops after it has been emptied and then off of 2 of the small bottles. I then pour the contents of the small bottles into the larger, although it does not all quite fit.They had a 5 star product with the .34 fl oz gel in the tube. Why change to a thinner consistency, lesser quantity and unusable applicator bottle for much the same price?
