I am extremely impressed with this torch. The build quality and balance is excellent. The switch although not protected feels top quality. The power of this beam is amazing for the size. I like using the CR123a size battery. They are more resistant to leakage from my experience.

Más o menos
Pensé que la intensidad de la Luz sería mayor, hay lámparas con mayor intensidad y un precio menor al de esta

Le faltó que fuera recargable para un mejor uso
Es necesario en estos tiempos que las baterías que utilizan sean recargables

Weapons and Batteries.
First of all, after receiving I figured out that the documentation doesn't support use with a firearm. My son is an officer and was going to use this with a Remington 870. Note to Streamlight: "Poly" means many or all. "Tac" is short for tactical. Therefore, I assumed this was good for "All" "Tactical" uses. Nowhere on the Amazon write-up, the Streamlight website, or the documentation does it explain that this light is not for firearm use.Secondly, I don't have a PhD in flashlight batteries, but I do know that my Fenix light which takes an 18650 can also take take two CR-123's. But it turns out that this light takes CR-123's but isn't able to take an 18650. We have numerous rechargeable 18650's in the family, yet this light ships with non-rechargeable CR-123's (I didn't even know there was such a thing as a non-rechargeable Lithium new-generation battery). Nowhere on the Amazon write-up or the Streamlight website does it explain that these CR-123 Lithium batteries are not rechargeable.Well, there's two problems that add up to a return that could have been avoided with better communication from Streamlight.

What happened?
I have bought streamlight flashlights for 10+ years. I paid a premium and expected quality as well as lifetime warranty repair on their flashlights. For the most part i have had no qualms or reservations about buying and recommending their flashlights...until now.I returned a TL-3 that would not work. It was returned to streamlight and a week or so later sent back broken. I sent streamlight an email that went unreturned and 2 voicemails that likewise fell on deaf ears. Now i fully recognize that i am not some large police department or fire department, but i do expect at least some level of service. Anyway, do not pay a premium for those streamlights that offer lifetime service. It is sad to see another Compny drift towards mediocrity.Regarding this flashlight, it is extremely average. I have throw away flashlights from big box stores with more performance. Save your money, or buy one of the still solid flashlight manufacturers.
