Is there a way to drive these in with a screwdriver? I thought that the wrench head can be turned into a nut shape to use with socket.

Not sure but I drilled holes with the bit supplied and they were very easy to turn/install. Only problem I encountered was the wrench expanding after use. Had to hammer it back to dimension then heat treated it using a bernzamatic torch and dipping in oil a couple of times. Worked perfect after that.

Is a pack a set of one left and one right? So pack of 200 is 200 lefts and 200 rights?

This lag screws pack includes 100 pcs left handed and 100 pcs right handed lag screws.

Will they become loose after installation？

I've installed about 200 of these, they work well. Some will loosen up over time. If I notice it I just bring the small wrench out and tighten back up.
