Bought this after enjoying the original Nespresso at friends and in hotels. Took a while to realise, after trying all the samples and extra purchased pods, that the quality, depth of flavour and satisfaction were not as consistent. I did purchase several packs of the few I thought were ok, but now find they do not brew to the same strength - and yes, machine has been fully maintained/cleaned as instructed. If I were buying again I'd get an original, and use non Nespresso pods- you can't do that with Vertuo machines.

The Coffee that arrived with this machine was so high quality, it was so easy to plug in and use. Came with a variety of different Coffee's to try and also a promotion to get 50 free coffees and a tumbler, definitely worth the purchase. Milk frother is great and easy to use for making lattés or iced coffees and the machine isn't too noisy.

The machine is easy to use.i like the way the used coffee pods are ejected into the inbuilt bin.i have tried many types of pods,they all taste great.the milk throther is very good take about one min , very happy with my purchase

It’s ok machine basic and makes a lot of noise Poor make quality

Good coffee machine and good support from Nespresso when my machine and brother stopped working. The milk frother is getting replaced by Nespresso after it broke down and they have provided support regarding the coffee maker. It’s currently not working as it needs descaling.
