This is one cardiac supplement that I really like. It has helped with my POTS, and the flavor is pretty good for a liquid vitamin! Overall, I’ve really liked all of the Maryruth products I’ve tried. I have gut issues so the option of having a liquid or gummy is great for absorption for me.

Not fond of the taste, however the taste does not linger and easily goes away with a few sips of your beverage choice. This is the only CoQ10 I have kept on auto-ship as it seems to make a difference in how I feel. Flavor is actually pretty good and the dosage is totally manageable. I just take it straight rather than adding it to anything.With the amount of supplements and vitamins that are in my current regiment, removing pills for liquid have been so helpful. What’s even better is that my doctor recommended it so I don’t have to worry about the ingredients being subpar.

It is delicious

The flavor wasn't all that great. It's okay and I can get it down but the milky taste and creaminess is what gets me. I mix it into water and it was like drinking watered down flavored milk. I'm not sure I'll buy again.
