You will not be disappointed with their quality, workmanship and style. On several occasions our dinner guests have complimented how nice they look and asked where we bought them! I bought an additional 2 sets as presents.They are made of solid sturdy gauge stainless steel with a small flat rubber stopper at their bottom for filling them up. The sides have a horizontal brushed metal finish and their tops are mirror polished. Their small pouring holes are very good for dinner table salt&pepper shakers because they don't release large amounts of spices per shake.

I gave two stars for looks, they are polished nice. I took one star for the lightweight feel. Like Monica's review I would have expected they would feel heavier; they are very thin. I took the other two stars because the rubber stoppers could easily be pushed inside if you're not careful. Also, one edge is sharp, I mean sharp enough to cut you if you ran your finger across its edge. Nothing that a little sandpaper can't fix but for twenty dollars I shouldn't have to rework them.

These are beautiful - the only thing. I literally lose the plug underneath any time I go to fill them. I threaded a long piece of thread through the rubber plug then taped it down. Silly really. I guess the rubber plug should be redesigned?

These are lightweight metal, and perfect for my needs. I have beautiful contemporary silver S&P shakers, but always having to polish, and fingerprints show. This set curtails all those problems. I like them so much I ordered one for our other house.

Though they are made of metal the feel is still off. The metal is so thin they might as well be plastic, no heft to them at all.Worse, these have a flat rubber stopper on the bottom. Itr is far more likely you will push this inside than pop it off to fill it. DO use tweezers to pry up one side while your finger holds the other side down in place.On the plus side, they so work nice. Three holes for salt, one hole for pepper; good flow rates.

Love the look of these, they're very cool. The salt one is fine, but the pepper one could use another hole or two, it takes a lot of shaking to get the pepper out. It doesn't bother me enough to replace them, but it's mildly annoying.

These are great! This is my third set. They clean easily and everyone always comments how neat they are. I just wish they were magnetic!

Found this product little more than decoration. Bless for salt and pepper are too small and not enough of them. Don't see myself having much use for them.
