Not much to tell about a product like this. Seems to be good quality. It's supposedly been purified to remove mercury, which is a good thing. Has a very slight smell, so if you're sensitive to fish odor it might bother you, maybe not. You will burp up a fishy taste if you take it on an empty stomach. I've been taking one in the morning and one in the evening for several years. Does it improve your health in any way? Hard to say - there have been no definitive studies that I've found showing that fish oil alone is beneficial, as opposed to eating fish. However, there is a lot of data which points that way, and certainly it cannot hurt you. And yes, I do feel great most of the time, although I could just be blessed with good health.

Displays the USP seal. Meaning that the Mg and oil stated is actually what one is getting. Without the USP - well, who knows. My husband, dog (yes, dog) and I have been taking these for years. Good for heart health, dry eyes and joints. I can definitely tell when I skip a few days not taking as my eyes become dry. These do not give me any stomach gas. Pills are rather large but I can swallow them easily.

You're Omega-3 levels are probably in a good ratio between your Omega-6's. Krill oil might be overkill and won't provide you the health benefits a balanced diet will.
